Getting SUM from the SPP

Prerequisites

Valid user credentials for accessing the website.

About this task

You can get Smart Update Manager (SUM) from the Service pack for HPE ProLiant (SPP).

Procedure

Open a web browser.
Navigate to the SPP download page: https://spp.hpe.com/
If prompted, click Sign in here.
Enter your HPE user credentials and sign in.
Click Download Software and save the file to the desired location.
Depending on your OS, follow the instructions in Launching SUM from SPP for Windows or Launching SUM from SPP for Linux.
