Firmware upload does not complete successfully

Symptom

The firmware ISO or ZIP file does not upload or process successfully. The upload activity might remain incomplete or stop before the firmware baseline is added.

Cause

The issue can occur for one or more of the following reasons:

The ISO or ZIP file is incomplete or corrupted.
The Smart Update Manager (SUM) host does not have sufficient disk space for upload and processing.
The firmware package is not supported.

Action

Verify the integrity of the ISO or ZIP file to ensure that it is not corrupt or incomplete.
Check that sufficient disk space is available for the upload and processing.
Retry the upload and monitor the activity status to confirm completion.
